SHIPPING POLICY

Our aim is to make sure anything that you order from our site is delivered to you with a quick, helpful and hassle-free service. 

Once we receive your order and payment is successful you will immediately receive a payment confirmation by email.

Once your order is confirmed a confirmation email will be sent to you with an assigned order number. It will help us if you can tell us the order number whenever you contact us about your order.

Choose how and when your order will arrive by selecting your preferred delivery method when you checkout. Learn more about your delivery options, timelines and costs below:

- Preparing your order

All Orders placed will process and be shipped out from Dubai within 3 business days of placing an order.

- Tracking:

As soon as your parcel has left our warehouse, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number, so you can follow the parcel until you get it. It may take 36-48 hours before the tracking information is available.

- Customs and Clearance

You may be required to pay additional import fees, taxes, brokerage fees, handling fees and/ or other duties specific to the destination Country in order to receive your order. These additional fees cannot be collected by us, nor are they controlled in anyway by our online store. Please remember that this is not the shipping fee: Shipping costs are including in the price you already paid to us.

- Carriers

We use a combination of couriers which will be the selected based on your delivery destination. We will always use a courier service where tracking and delivery signatures are required.

- Our Shipping Costs

For local deliveries (UAE): We will ship your goods out as soon as possible. Please allow up to 3-5 working days to receive your order. shipping charge is 5€.

Please note:  We ship worldwide except for Qatar and Israel.
