RETURN POLICY
Return Policy
Our purpose is to guarantee your full satisfaction. If, for any reason whatsoever, you are not satisfied with your order, you may return your purchased products within seven(7) days from the date on which you received them from www.sirusclothing.com. It is necessary email your return request by in order for us to acknowledge and expedite the return. Returned items must be shipped back to us within seven(7) days from the date the package was delivered to you. The products may be returned by dispatching the package through a shipping agent of your choice. You should consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance as we don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Terms and Conditions of Return
The right to return products shall be deemed correctly exercised once the following conditions have been fully met:
- an email must be submitted to us within seven(7) from the date your goods were delivered;
- the products have not been used, worn, washed, modified or damaged;
- the items you return are your responsibility until we get them back, so it’s best to protect them from damage and wear;
- the identification tag is still attached to the products with the disposable seal;
- the products are returned in their original packaging;
- the products must be returned within seven(7) days from the date the package was delivered to you.
If you have fulfilled all requirements set forth above, we shall refund the entire price for the returned purchased products excluding the delivery costs. Any duties, taxes and/ or other fees you have paid for the delivery of the purchased products shall not be refunded. You will be notified if the returned products cannot be accepted. In this case, you may choose to have the products delivered back to you at your own expense. If you refuse the above delivery, we reserve the right to retain the products and the amount paid for your purchase of the products.
If you receive the wrong product, if the products is damaged, if found to be defective, or tampered, the goods must be returned for further investigation. You must notify us by email within 7days. Any items accepted for return must not be used or reduced in value on your part. We will offer to repair, replace or exchange the item. Alternatively a refund or store credit for the value of the item will be issued by us. Return shipping and refund policies will still apply.
Return Shipping
You can ship your returns to us with a shipping service of your choice and the return shipping will be at your own expense. Please verify that you have accurately completed and included with your package all the necessary documentation for Customs clearance. Customs authorities require that all such documentation be written in English so that it can be used both by the authorities of the country you are shipping from (for export) and the UAE authorities (for import). We recommend that you consult with local authorities and/or your selected shipping service to ensure that the documentation is sufficient. We cannot be held responsible for parcels that are detained at Customs because of lacking or insufficient documentation. We therefore highly recommend that you choose a shipping service that permits you to trace it at any time. Make sure to seal your return parcel securely so it doesn’t get damaged on the way back.
Refund Times and Procedures
After we have received the returned products and checked that the products meet all requirements, you will receive an email that the returned products have been accepted. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund. Whatever the form of payment you used (Credit/Debit Card), Refunds will be made onto the original mode of payment and will be processed within 10-45 days from receiving the returned product. (the transaction time depends on the issuing bank of the credit card). Custom made orders will not be able to be returned and refunded.
