Where are your products made?
All our products are made in the UAE.
Are customised items eligible for a return and refund?
As it is a special made-to-order piece we cannot accept returns. We will offer alterations however.
Can I avoid customs?
Unfortunately customs charges and taxes in your country are out of our control. If there is a charge, you will be contacted by the shipping agent once your package arrives.
I need to change something on my order. How can I do that?
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately.
The item I want is sold out, when will you re-stock?
Our inventory may change frequently. Send us an email with the product in question and we may assist.

 How do I know if my package has been shipped and is on its way?
Once you place an order, you will receive an automatic confirmation email. Once your order has been processed and is ready to leave our distribution center, you will receive another email with tracking information.
Please allow 36 hours from the time you place your order for it's status to update.
 When will I receive my order?
Choose how and when your order will arrive by selecting your preferred delivery method when you checkout. We have standard shipping or express shipping options.
International shipping requires passage through customs, which may delay the arrival time of orders.
